Candidate Senior Architectural Technologist

The Candidate Senior Architectural Technologist will be immersed in all facets of the integrated design and construction process, supporting the architectural team and learning directly from professional architects, engineers, and contractors. This role provides invaluable, hands-on experience in generating technical documentation, assisting with design studies, and understanding regulatory compliance within a dynamic, technology-driven environment.

  • Education: Recent graduate of a professional degree in Architecture (BTech, BArcHons, or MArch) from an accredited institution.
  • Registration Status: Must be registered or eligible for immediate registration as a Candidate Architectural Technologist, Candidate Senior Architectural Technologist or Candidate Architect with the South African Council for the Architectural Profession (SACAP)
  • Technical Proficiency: Must have experience using Revit for architectural drafting and modelling. Proficiency in other relevant software (Google Workspace, Adobe Suite, Rhino) is a plus
  • Eagerness to Learn: Possess a strong desire to learn, take instruction, and apply academic knowledge to real-world challenges
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to accurately record information and articulate design ideas.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to drafting and documentation, understanding the importance of accuracy in technical work.
  • Work Ethic: Highly motivated, organised, and able to manage time effectively to support multiple tasks simultaneously.

Factory Manager

At Citra, we aren’t just making panels; we are building the future of efficient construction. As our Factory Manager, you will be the heartbeat of our production facility. We are looking for a hands-on leader with a strong mechanical engineering background who can optimize workflows, ensure uncompromising quality, and lead a multi-disciplinary team using a philosophy of empowerment and accountability.
In this role, you will oversee our end-to-end manufacturing process – from the precision CNC cutting of EPS to the casting of concrete webs and the final assembly of our specialized panels.

  • Education: National Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineer or a related technical field.
  • Experience: 5+ years in a manufacturing environment, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or management role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CNC programming and operation.
  • An Advantage: Knowledge of concrete casting/curing processes, or experience in composite material assembly/general construction manufacturing.
  • Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication, and a "firm but fair" leadership style.

Junior Property Agent

What we’re looking for

  • Must be registered with or in the process of registering with the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority (PPRA) as a Candidate Property Practitioner.
  • Matric (Grade 12) certificate—essential.
  • NQF4 Real Estate qualification (completed or enrolled)—advantageous.
  • Must be working under a registered Principal Property Practitioner (Fidelity Fund Certificate required).
  • Prior experience in property, leasing, or a customer-facing role is advantageous.
  • Basic understanding of the Rental Housing Act and Property Practitioners Act.
  • Familiarity with residential leasing processes and documentation.
